Best Practices

• Begin with User (what they need, how they operate).
• What do you want to accomplish (ie. coaching, mentoring).
• Designers need to think of enhancing versus creating a course, think outside of a course, think small – different than eLearning.
• Use smaller chunks of content, use spacing effect – make information available over time.
• Plan for support.
• Test, test, test.
• Maintain Active Research (place in action, evaluate, change as necessary, and put into action again).
